I’m Leisha Norman, an interior designer based in Southampton and working across Hampshire. I specialise in confident use of colour, bespoke furniture, and thoughtful details that make a home truly personal.

Every project begins with a consultation where we explore your style, your needs, and how you use your home. Based in Southampton and working across Hampshire, I create tailored interior design concepts, layouts, and mood boards, sourcing materials and furniture that suit your lifestyle. You’ll either receive a clear, structured plan with everything you need to transform your space yourself, or I’ll work with trusted craftspeople to bring the full design to life for you. Consultation & On-Site Measuring: A home visit to discuss your brief, measure the space, and gather inspiration.

3D Visuals (if required): A realistic view of the final design.

How it works

Consultation
We’ll start with a home visit to discuss your ideas, measure the room, and talk through your goals. You’ll also complete a short questionnaire and can share any inspiration images so we have a clear vision from the start.

Design Concept
I’ll create your design concept using mood boards, layouts, and drawings (2D or 3D where needed). This gives you a realistic view of how the space will look and feel.

Final Presentation
You’ll receive a complete design package with selections for colours, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories. You can also purchase items through me, with access to exclusive trade discounts.

The Build
If you’re managing the installation, I’ll provide ongoing email and WhatsApp support. If you’d prefer a hands-off experience, I can oversee the full process through my Project Management service.
Pricing
Perfect for a lounge, dining room, bedroom, or home office under 4.5m x 4.5m. Ideal for refreshing a single space with a full design plan.
For open-plan living areas or larger rooms over 4.5m x 4.5m. A tailored design package to make bigger spaces feel cohesive and functional.
Best for complex layouts or rooms that require detailed technical work. Includes a comprehensive design plan to bring structure and style to challenging spaces.
Prices vary depending on the scope of work and any additional services. Each project begins with an Initial Design Consultation (£250), which is deducted from the package price if you go ahead with my interior design services. Prices are listed per room; very large or multi-purpose rooms may incur further costs. Additional services or on-site hours can be added by agreement. Packages can also be combined for larger projects. All prices include 20% VAT.

For those who want a fully managed design experience, my Interior Design with Project Management service takes care of every detail. Ideal for busy clients in Southampton and across Hampshire, this service covers everything from design concepts to final installation — so you can enjoy the results without the stress of coordinating contractors or chasing suppliers.
How it works
Building on the Interior Design package, this service adds full project management to ensure your design is executed seamlessly. I’ll oversee the entire process from liaising with trades to managing the installation, with regular updates and a single point of contact for you. It means less stress, clear communication, and complete confidence that your project is in trusted hands.
What's Included
This service includes everything from the Interior Design package, with the added benefit of full project management. You can expect:

Communication & Coordination: Weekly updates via WhatsApp, email, and calls, plus 4-6 on-site check-ins to keep everything on track.

Trades Sourcing & Liaising: Access to my trusted contractors, tender management, and real-time coordination. I'll be in regular contact with all trades to keep the project moving.

Technical Drawings & Plans: Comprehensive drawings for trades, including electrical plans, elevations and joinery details.

Sourcing & Procurement: I’ll handle ordering, deliveries, and trade discounts, passing savings on to you where possible.
