Blank canvas, new build or complete redesign, I provide a personal Interior Design Service and will work with you to create your dream space.
Whether you’re starting from scratch or refreshing an existing room, my approach is tailored to your specific needs and style. From our initial consultation to the final touches, I’ll guide you through every step of the process. I’ll develop a design concept that reflects your personality and preferences, present you with detailed plans and renderings, and provide a shopping list with curated selections. With access to trade product discounts and support throughout the project, my goal is to ensure a seamless and enjoyable design experience, transforming your vision into a beautifully realised space.
Design Process

Consultation
Each project begins with a face to face consultation. We’ll meet at your home to discuss the brief and share ideas, and I’ll measure the room. Ahead of my visit, I’ll send you a questionnaire to fill out and you’ll have the opportunity to send any inspo pics so I (and you) can get a really good idea of what you want and need from the space.

Design Concept
Now I know your tastes and requirements, I’ll create the design concept. Using mood boards, 2D elevations, 3D drawings and renderings, paint and paper and procurement lists. Designs will be to scale so you’ll really get a feel for the space.

Final Presentation
With your feedback, I can alter and revise the design, to create the final presentation with all the selections for colours, finishes, furniture choices, wallpaper, soft furnishings, flooring, accessories, lighting, and everything else needed to complete the room. You’ll have the option to purchase items through me, tapping into my little black book of trade discounts.

The Build
When it comes to the build and putting it all together, I can offer support from a distance via email to assist you as you implement the design. Or, with the project management option, I’ll handle the entire process for you. Along with email support, I’ll be available via WhatsApp and act as your main point of contact, working closely with tradesmen and subcontractors to support construction and ensure smooth coordination from concept to completion.

Trades Sourcing & Liaising

Access to my trusted tradespeople and contractors, removing the stress of finding reliable professionals

I’ll manage the tender process, reviewing proposals, offering advice, and ensuring no important details are overlooked

Main point of contact for all contractors via email, phone, and dedicated WhatsApp group for real-time coordination

A weekly updated schedule of works will be shared with all trades to keep the project moving smoothly
Sourcing & Procurement **

I’ll source all items for your space using my trusted network of suppliers

Once the final design is approved, I’ll handle the ordering process for you

I’ll coordinate deliveries to site at a time that works best for you

Where possible, I’ll secure trade discounts and share these savings with you
Project Management

I’ll be your point of contact and coordinate trades for you

I’ll manage the snagging process, addressing any unfinished details or minor defects, ensuring everything is completed to your satisfaction. I’ll also assist with handling the final payments to contractors
On-Site Installation & Styling

I’ll coordinate and oversee the unpacking and installation of furniture and accessories, ensuring everything is perfectly placed

All rubbish will be removed to leave your space tidy and ready for use

If you’d like, I can arrange for professional cleaning to make your home spotless

I can also style your space, making it picture-perfect and ready to enjoy

For those who prefer to do their own styling, I can provide guidance to ensure it’s just right
Pricing
Interior Design
Per room: £750 - £1120*
Interior Design + Project Management
Per room: £1500 - £2400*
All prices include 20% vat.
*Price varies depending on the scope and additional services. Both options begin with an Initial Design Consultation (£250). This fee will be deducted from the package price if you proceed with my interior design services. Prices are starting from and per room; very large or multi-purpose rooms may incur further costs. Additional services or on-site hours are charged by the hour (to be agreed). Packages can also be combined for larger projects.
** My fee for procurement is 10% of the Cost of Goods. For instance, if I secure a 20% discount on a product for your project, I will pass this saving to you but charge 10% of the original product cost to cover procurement and coordination. This ensures transparent pricing and seamless service.
It’s very difficult to describe how lovely it is to work with Leisha. She’s an absolute pleasure to spend time with, her obvious talent for interior design shining through.
